Dr. Michele James, DVM, DACVIM, (Neurology), is a veterinarian located  at MSPCA-Angell Boston .

Dr. Michele James joined Angell in 2016 after completing her neurology residency at the University of Florida.  She received her degree in veterinary medicine from Michigan State University in 2011 and completed a rotating internship at the University of Georgia in 2012 and a neurology internship at Canada West Veterinary Specialists in 2013. She has a special interest in neurosurgery, seizures, neuromuscular disease, and meningoencephomyelitis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and engaging in outdoor sports. She also shares her home with two dogs, Jefe and Yoda, and a lizard, Priscilla.
