Dr. Edwards graduated Portland High School in 1999, earned her dental degree at Howard University in Washington, D.C., and served in the U.S. Army. She has been a dentist since 2009. Before dental school, Dr. Edwards attended Lake Forest College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics.
She received a Gold Star Champion award from Maine’s Breathe Easy campaign for promoting awareness about the impact of menthol flavored cigarettes and e-cigarettes on gums and oral health in 2021, is active in the community, and volunteers as a board member of The Third Place.
