Kayshauna Montaño has won Miss Massachusetts USA 2026. Kayshauna is 28 years old from West Springfield, Massachusetts. She is a public health professional with a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Public Health from Brown University. She has a career in nonprofit marketing management and also dabbles in modeling.
This was her 9th attempt in clinching a state crown. She will now represent Massachusetts at the Miss USA 2026 pageant in Miami, Florida in August.
